How do I return an item?
Exchange only. If the item you received is damaged in any way upon receipt, you must notify us within 7 days after receiving the item. We will then arrange for shipment back to our office and replace the item free of charge. Most manufacturers offer a conditional warranty. If the item suffers a manufacturer's defect for which it is warrantied (such as a zipper that is guaranteed never to break) please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty assistance.
DollsBags offers a full 7 day exchange policy. You must contact us via phone or email if you would like to exchange an item. An in-store credit will be issued for the amount of the exchange after your returned item is received in excellent, unused condition, having all the manufacturer's hang tags still attached. Return shipping is not free outside the continental USA.
Your unused merchandise may be returned for 7 days from the date of purchase, as long as it is in excellent resalable condition, and has all manufacturer's hang tags still attached. Should you decide to return your purchase for any reason other than to exchange it, the cost to ship the item to you initially will be deducted from your refund. No returns will be accepted after 7 days.
We will not accept damaged goods, used goods, or customized items. We will also not accept any items returned without a previously assigned RMA number. All returns must have an RMA number. Returns without an RMA number written on the packaging will be refused and will be returned to you.
You must notify us via email or call customer service prior to returning any item in order to be issued an RMA number. After hours please leave a message with your name, order number and phone number. The RMA Department is only available 9AM-5PM EST.
DollsBags.com reserves the right to refuse any return based upon the item's condition when it is received, missing tags, lack of an RMA number, or beyond the 7 day return time frame.

DollsBags offers "Free Shipping in the USA." This is to help save all of our customers money during these difficult economic times. We will provide you with a free return shipping label via email (inside the continental USA). Should you decide to return your purchase for any reason other than to exchange it, the cost to ship the item to you initially will be deducted from your refund.
Credit card companies vary in the amount of time it takes to post a credit to your account. Please allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
If you are outside the continental USA, you are responsible for return shipping.
Shipping costs for expedited (Next day, 2nd Day Air, and all other expedited shipping methods) will not be refunded.
