Free Priority Shipping Defined:TOP

DollsBags.com offers "Free Same Day Priority Shipping in the USA" and we utilize USPS Priority Mail for this shipping method. Most orders will ship within one business day of ordering. We define a business day as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Actual shipping and delivery dates are based on product availability and the shipping method you choose. The USPS site defines Priority Shipping as "delivery to the 50 contiguous states within 2-3 business days for most areas." You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is submitted and an order shipment email when your order ships. Tracking information (when available) will be included with your order shipment email as well as being available in your order history on the website. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands and APO / FPO addresses will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and cannot be expedited. Weather, natural disasters and other events beyond our control may affect shipping and delivery. If conditions are serious or are expected to last longer than a brief period of time, please check our website or call customer service at 877-DOLLSBAGS. We may also send your package with Free Shipping via UPS Ground. Which method we choose depends upon several factors, such as: quantity ordered, your shipping instructions included with your order, box size, item weight, destination, price, and other information. All International Orders are sent via USPS Priority International Mail. International shipping is not free and the cost will be assessed during checkout. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or tariffs. Return shipping is also not free for international orders so please be sure of your purchase before you place your order. Of course we do accept international returns and will issue a refund as long as the item is unused and still has all tags attached. Delivery times for International Shipping can take up to 2 weeks but usually the item arrives in most areas within 7-10 days according to the USPS website.



Shipping Costs TOP

Shipping is FREE in the continental USA! International shipping is basically calculated based on the actual weight of the merchandise order once it's packed and completed; and it also depends on the destination. Note that this rate calculation is based on shipments shipping out from Florida. If you have a UPS account and prefer us to bill the charges to your account, please provide the necessary information in the comments section of the order. Or if you prefer to ship via Expedite service, other than the normal ground shipping, please also let us know.



What do you use for shipping? TOP

We use UPS, USPS or FedEx for ground for domestic shipping - our choice unless you specify otherwise. We use US postal service for international shipping.



Do you ship internationally? TOP

We Welcome International Orders! We Can Process by Credit Cards Or Wire Transfers To Our Bank In US Dollars. Our on-line prices and invoices do NOT include duties or other taxes that may be imposed by the destination country. We will use US Postal Service. It is cheapest shipping method for international shipment.



Procedure for Wire Transfers? TOP

After the order is placed, we will fill and weight it. We will email you the exact total, including shipping costs and give you instructions on where to send the bank wire transfer. Upon our banks receipt of the transfer, (usually within 24 hours from when you sent it) we will ship your order. There is a $15 USD fee for US Orders that are completed by wire transfer and a $30USD fee for international wire transfers.



International Credit Cards. TOP

We gladly accept international credit card orders. However we may ask for confirmation or a copy of the credit card and a faxed letter that states you authorize us to charge the amount of your purchase. We reserve the right to do this with any international order, at our discretion. This protects you and us.



What is the typical delivery time frame? TOP

It takes about 1 to 2 business days to process an order, and then we will use UPS, FedEx, or USPS to ship out the merchandise.



Has my order shipped? TOP

Login to your account on the main page and from there you can check the status of your order.



May I cancel my order? TOP

Unfortunately, once your order is entered into our system, we will be unable to cancel the order. Our customers appreciate our fast shipping and prompt delivery of order(s). In order to maintain our consistent customer service and timely delivery, we cannot delete submitted order(s) from our system. To prevent mistakes in your order(s), we advise you to please thoroughly review your order(s) prior to submission. If you receive an order that you would have preferred to cancel, you may return the item to us and a credit will be applied to your account. Simply follow the instructions under Return Policy. Please note that certain rules and restrictions may apply.



I have a defective product. What can I do? TOP

If you receive a product with a manufacturers defect or the item gets damaged in shipping, you have 7 days in which to contact us for an exchange only. The item being returned must be unused with the manufacturer's tags still attached. You must contact customer service by calling 877-365-5722 after which we will issue you an RMA number and free return shipping label. If any item is returned without an RMA number, the item will not be accepted and it will be returned to you. Every order is shipped with a tracking number. We will not accept returns of any defective items beyond 7 days of receipt. We will ship your exchange item out as soon as we receive your return.



What materials are the handbags made of? TOP

As listed by description of each product. They are made of: Leather, PVC (Poly Vinyl, Faux Leather (Animal Friendly Imitation Leather), fabric, nylon, suede leather, etc.



Are your Authentic Designer Handbags Guaranteed? TOP

We guarantee our Authentic Designer Handbags are originals and not fakes or replicas. All authentic bags are delivered with dust bag, registration card, and serial number. We maintain the shipping manifest for every designer bag we sell as proof of origin.



Why do some products take longer to receive than others? TOP

We have multiple warehouses and depending on what items the customers have ordered we may have to wait for the products from all the warehouses to get to our fulfillment center before we can ship out. Therefore it may take longer for some orders to get shipped out.



Do you have the items in stock? TOP

If the product is displayed on-line then it means it is in stock at that time. However, due to the popularity of certain items, some items may be already out of stock by the time an order is placed. We do not charge your card until the item ships so if an item is out of stock, we will not capture the funds against your card. We can also notify you via email when the item comes in if you so desire.



I need an RMA for my order. TOP

Please check out the product description of the products. If the information is not available please send us an email by using the "Feedback" link on the home page and we will try our best to provide the information.



I received a partial order. TOP

Our normal fulfillment rate is about 98% - 100% therefore it is likely that some items are out of stock/backorder/discontinued. If you have been billed for items that are not received please email us at and we will investigate the matter immediately.



I have a product suggestion. TOP

We often get suggestions to carry a certain brand or line of handbags from our customers. Sometimes our buyers are unable to reach an agreement with a manufacturer or wholesaler. Some manufacturers insist on certain product placement or positioning on our website, along with similar requests that we cannot fulfill, as an example. How long is the back order? TOP

Normally if an item is backorder, it will take between 4 - 6 weeks to restock. We do not restock every item; only items that are popular may be restocked. For pre-sale items there is an estimated date of arrival in each of the product descriptions.



Why is my credit card charged when you didn't ship my order yet? TOP

There is a difference between Authorization and Charged. Like any other credit card purchase, the credit card company will put a hold on the funds that are reserved for the merchants to charge at a later date. We only charge when we shipped the products, therefore the transaction is just authorized.



Is my credit card transaction secure? TOP

Yes, we use industry standard 128 bit encryption (like banks use) and your credit card number is guaranteed to be secure. Your personal information (email address, etc) is protected and safe. Furthermore none of your credit card information is stored anywhere on our site or servers. The information is passed immediately to our payment processing bank when it is submitted during checkout. Our system is tested daily for vulnerabilities.
